Palace Sports & Entertainment Service Company is looking for an individual with good communication and computer skills, Internet experience and an over-all good attitude to work in the MyCompanyOffer department. Must have a pleasant phone personality, be able to work well with others and provide good customer service. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: 1. Answering the telephone and assisting customers with filling their ticket order request for events at The Palace, DTE Energy Music Theatre and Meadow Brook Music Festival, and selling individual tickets to events. 2. Responsible for retrieving voice messages, filling web orders and confirming ticket orders. 3. Occasionally helping train other new employees on ticketing systems. 4. Answering customer questions and solving customer problems regarding the MyCompanyOffer service. 5. Miscellaneous data entry. QUALIFICATIONS 1. This is a part time position and candidates need to be available 20-35 hours per week, and some occasional weekends. 2. Must be professional in verbal and written communication. 3. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs.

Palace Sports and Entertainment is looking for interns for the Fall semester. These internships run from September to December. They are unpaid, however college credit may be earned. Monitor guests to ensure compliance with organizational expectations for guest and employee behavior. 2. Prepare facility for opening and closing during each event. 3.
